This terms of service is subject to change at anytime, and can be applied retroactively (in good faith).

Memmi has the right to cancel any commission she feels she can't complete, at anytime and without reason.

Please come with good references. The more detailed of an idea you have for your commission, the easier it is for Memmi.

Please be respectful of Memmi's time. She will always strive to be early or on time without sacrificing quality. It's not uncommon to have multiple models be worked on at the same time.

No major revisions after major milestones (change of clothes, hair, props etc.) Once an area is approved, no major revisions may be made without incurring a fee. Live2D projects all include 2 revisions per major area (head, body etc.).

At least 50% of payment is due upfront for commissions $250+. Commissions that are less than $250 are expected to be paid in full unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans are available, please inquire.

Refunds will be commensurate to the work Memmi has completed at Memmi's discretion.

Chargebacks are not allowed and will revert to the prescribed refund policy.

Unless otherwise expressed, Memmi will assume it is okay to stream or record the creation of your model. It will only be used as promotional or educational purposes for and by Memmi.

Partial Privacy - Fee (10% of total): Memmi will not share any of the work publicly, with exception to members actively subscribed to her Ko-fi membership. She will not share to the broader public until client's debut or 3 months past delivery, which ever comes first.

Full Privacy - Fee (20% of total): Memmi will not share any of the work publicly, until client's debut, or 5 months after delivery, which ever comes first.

If you want to be credited properly in posts, please be sure to give Memmi your preferred hands/links.

Please credit Memmi in your Twitter bio or other permenant location (Twitch panels) in appropriate circumstances (Live2D, Vtuber models, etc)

Do not claim Memmi's work as having been made by anyone other than Memmi. The prices written on the price section do not automatically include commercial rights (redistribution, merch, etc.) Streaming and social media is fine.

Do not sell models that include Memmi's work without prior notice and approval.

Memmi will not share previously rigged model files. This means .com3 sources files. Exported model files are okay.

No AI, NFTs or crypto-related items may be made with Memmi's work.
